Feelings of hunger are triggered by hunger and prepares the stomach for food intake. Determine if your stomach is famished, at times you may misjudge the feeling of hunger for thirst. Take a glass of warm water the moment you get hungry. You feel you should be full, maybe you ate something earlier. Drinking water fifteen minutes before meals lead to eating less. Hunger makes you distressed if not properly controlled. Mild forms of binge eating
